Your client is nine time zones away and needs to hear a human
Call clients and their families in about 145 countries from one shared balance, with the rate on screen before you dial and a record of every conversation against the adviser who had it.
Calls to 145 countries from one balance. There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep.
- About 145 countries
- Clients reachable from one balance
- Per adviser
- A record of every client conversation
- A callback number
- Clients reach the firm, not a personal mobile
Where advisory work meets the phone bill
This is high-touch work across borders, and the cost of the calls is both large and invisible.
International calls to clients are the unexplained line item
Long calls to a client's home country add up, and there is no way to attribute them to a matter or a person.
One shared balance with per-adviser and per-destination cost, exportable to a spreadsheet.
Advisers call clients from personal phones
Out-of-hours calls across time zones happen on private mobiles, and clients keep that number for years.
Calls run on a firm number from any browser, so the adviser's private line stays private.
Clients can't call the firm back reliably
If the outbound call came from a mobile, the return call goes to a person rather than the practice.
A US or Canada number the firm owns, that clients can call and anyone covering can answer.
You avoid calls that would resolve the case faster
When the price of a call to another country is unknown, email drags out what a five-minute call would settle.
The destination rate shows before the call connects, so the choice is informed.
What changes for a immigration team
Clients reachable wherever they are
About 145 countries from one balance, with the rate visible before you dial.
A firm number, not a personal one
Advisers call and are called back on a number the practice owns.
A record of every conversation
Time, duration, destination and cost per adviser, exportable for matter costing.
Everyone who advises, on the line
No per-person fee today, so paralegals and case handlers are included.
A immigration team, costed
Our own arithmetic on our own published rates. Not a testimonial, not a case study with a logo on it — a scenario you can check line by line.
What a five-adviser practice actually pays
Five advisers sharing one firm number, a normal month of client calls.
- 1 number
- $3.19 a month
- 2,000 minutes to the US and Canada
- about $40
Calls to clients abroad are priced per country and cost more than US and Canada. Calls are billed by the minute, rounded up, with a one-minute minimum. Our arithmetic from our own published rates — not a customer result.
What is not on that invoice
- A licence for every person on the team
- A monthly platform subscription
- Handsets, headsets or an on-site PBX
- A minimum term, and a fee to leave it
How this was calculated
Every figure above is computed from the same published rates the dialer quotes from, in code, at render time. Nobody types a total into this page — so it cannot drift away from what the calls actually cost.
Where we are the wrong choice
If one of these is a dealbreaker, we would rather you found out here than in month two.
What we don't do
- No transcripts and no certified record — a recording is an audio file, not evidence of what was agreed.
- No case-management or CRM integration.
- No SMS or messaging apps.
- No local numbers in most client countries; no German or Czech numbers.
- Billing is in USD only, and calls are billed by the minute, rounded up, with a one-minute minimum.
Questions, answered
What does it cost for a small practice?
There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep. US and Canada calls start at $0.02 a minute, with the rate for other countries shown before you dial.
Do you record client calls?
Only if an admin turns recording on for the team, and both sides are told when it does. Even then it is an audio file kept with the call — there is no transcript and nothing that would stand up as a certified record.
Can clients call us back on the same number?
Yes. Incoming calls work on numbers you own, and anyone covering can answer from a browser.
Can we get a number in our client's country?
Usually not. Instant numbers are US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
No. You create the team yourself and it is active immediately — there is no application, no approval step and no demo to sit through. If you would rather talk to a person first, you can, but nothing is gated behind it.
