What we don't do
- No WhatsApp, WeChat or messaging apps — this is ordinary phone calling only.
- No local numbers in most of the countries you call. Instant numbers are US, Canada and Puerto Rico; there are no German or Czech numbers.
- Billing is in USD only, so a non-US company carries the exchange cost.
- No transcripts or AI summaries, and no CRM integration.
- Calls are billed by the minute, rounded up, with a one-minute minimum, so a short check-in call bills a full minute.
Questions, answered
How much does calling a supplier abroad cost?
It depends on the country, and the rate is on screen before you dial. US and Canada start at $0.02 a minute. There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep.
Can I get a local number in the country I buy from?
Usually not. Instant numbers are the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. The UK, France and the Netherlands are possible but need a registered business and local proof of address.
Can you invoice us in euros?
No. Billing is in USD only. If your accountant needs a local-currency invoice, that is a genuine reason not to choose us.
Does it replace WhatsApp with suppliers?
No. We do ordinary phone calls to real phone numbers. Many teams use both — the app for chat, a phone call when it has to be a voice on a landline.
Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
