What calling candidates actually costs you
Recruiting is a phone business with a headcount that changes constantly and a call list that crosses borders.
Contract recruiters can't justify a licence
Per-seat pricing makes short-term and commission-only recruiters too expensive to put on the company phone, so they use their own.
No per-person fee today. Everyone who calls candidates can be on the company line.
Candidates keep a recruiter's personal number
Once a candidate has a private mobile number, the relationship follows the recruiter to their next agency.
Calls happen on numbers the agency owns, with the shared contact list and history staying behind.
Nobody can say how much a placement cost in phone time
International candidate calls disappear into one line item, so the cost of working a difficult market is unknown.
Per-recruiter and per-country minutes and spend, exportable to a spreadsheet.
Calling a candidate abroad feels expensive, so it doesn't happen
When the cost is invisible, recruiters default to email and lose the candidate to someone who picked up the phone.
The destination rate is on screen before the call connects, so the decision is informed instead of avoided.

A recruiting team, costed
Our own arithmetic on our own published rates. Not a testimonial, not a case study with a logo on it — a scenario you can check line by line.
What a ten-recruiter agency actually pays
Ten recruiters sharing three numbers, a normal month of calling.
- 3 numbers
- $9.57 a month
- 8,000 minutes to the US and Canada
- about $160
Candidate calls outside the US and Canada are priced per country and cost more. Calls are billed by the minute, rounded up, with a one-minute minimum. Our arithmetic from our own published rates — not a customer result.
What is not on that invoice
- A licence for every person on the team
- A monthly platform subscription
- Handsets, headsets or an on-site PBX
- A minimum term, and a fee to leave it
How this was calculated
Every figure above is computed from the same published rates the dialer quotes from, in code, at render time. Nobody types a total into this page — so it cannot drift away from what the calls actually cost.
Where we are the wrong choice
If one of these is a dealbreaker, we would rather you found out here than in month two.
What we don't do
- No SMS or WhatsApp — candidate texting is not available.
- No ATS or CRM integration; nothing writes back to a candidate record.
- No transcripts, so an interview can be played back but never searched as text.
- No local numbers in most candidate markets, and no German or Czech numbers.
- Billing is in USD only, and calls are billed by the minute, rounded up, with a one-minute minimum.
Questions, answered
What does it cost for ten recruiters?
There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep. US and Canada calls start at $0.02 a minute, and you see what a number costs before you take it. Ten recruiters cost the same to seat as two.
Can recruiters text candidates?
No. There is no SMS and no messaging-app support. If texting candidates is central to your process, we don't cover it.
Does it connect to our ATS?
No. There are no integrations — your call log and contacts export to a spreadsheet.
What happens when a recruiter leaves?
You remove them from the team. The number, the shared contacts and their call history stay with the agency.
Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
No. You create the team yourself and it is active immediately — there is no application, no approval step and no demo to sit through. If you would rather talk to a person first, you can, but nothing is gated behind it.
