The hotel in Split doesn't answer email
Suppliers abroad answer the phone, not the inbox. Call them from one shared balance with the rate visible in advance, and give guests a number they can actually ring you back on.
Calls to 145 countries from one balance. There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep.

Where a season's margin goes
Operations run on calls to suppliers in other countries and on guests who need a human at short notice.
Supplier confirmations only happen by phone
Hotels, guides and transfer operators abroad don't reliably answer email, so every confirmation is an international call.
Call about 145 countries from one balance with the rate visible before you dial.
Guests have a staff member's mobile
In-destination problems get solved on personal phones, and the guest keeps that number long after the trip.
Guests call a company number that anyone on duty can answer from a browser.
Seasonal staff can't be put on the phone system
Per-seat pricing makes a summer team too expensive to license, so cover runs on private phones.
No per-person fee today — seasonal staff get a line and lose it when the season ends.
Nobody knows what the season's calls cost
Roaming and international charges arrive after the season, when it's too late to price them into the product.
Per-person and per-destination spend, visible during the season and exportable afterwards.

A travel & tours team, costed
Our own arithmetic on our own published rates. Not a testimonial, not a case study with a logo on it — a scenario you can check line by line.
What a small operator actually pays
Four staff sharing one number, a normal month outside peak season.
- 1 number
- $3.19 a month
- 1,500 minutes to the US and Canada
- about $30
Supplier calls abroad are priced per country and cost more than US and Canada. Calls are billed by the minute, rounded up, with a one-minute minimum. Our arithmetic from our own published rates — not a customer result.
What is not on that invoice
- A licence for every person on the team
- A monthly platform subscription
- Handsets, headsets or an on-site PBX
- A minimum term, and a fee to leave it
How this was calculated
Every figure above is computed from the same published rates the dialer quotes from, in code, at render time. Nobody types a total into this page — so it cannot drift away from what the calls actually cost.
Where we are the wrong choice
If one of these is a dealbreaker, we would rather you found out here than in month two.
What we don't do
- No SMS or WhatsApp — often how a destination supplier prefers to communicate.
- No booking-system integration.
- No local numbers in destination countries; no German or Czech numbers.
- No 24/7 answering service — cover means your own people signed in.
- Billing is in USD only, and calls are billed by the minute, rounded up, with a one-minute minimum.
Questions, answered
What does it cost outside the season?
There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep. You keep a number, a local number, and spend on the minutes you actually talk — so a quiet month is a cheap month.
Can guests call us on it?
Yes. Incoming calls work on numbers you own, and anyone on duty can answer from a browser.
Does it do WhatsApp?
No. Ordinary phone calls only. Many suppliers prefer messaging apps, and we don't cover those.
Can we add staff just for the summer?
Yes, and it costs nothing extra today to add them. Remove them when the season ends.
Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
No. You create the team yourself and it is active immediately — there is no application, no approval step and no demo to sit through. If you would rather talk to a person first, you can, but nothing is gated behind it.
