What does it cost to put ten people on it?
The same as two. There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep. A number is about $1.60 a month, calls to the US and Canada start at $0.02 a minute, and the rate for any other country is on screen before you dial.
What do I actually pay on day one?
Your first top-up of $25 onto a shared balance, plus about $1.60 for a number. The top-up is calling credit you spend, not a fee. Billing is in USD.
Do I have to talk to a salesperson to get started?
No. You create the team yourself and it works immediately — no application, no approval, no demo. If you would rather speak to a person first, you can, but nothing is gated behind it.
Can everyone use their own phone?
Yes. People sign in from the browser on a laptop or a phone and call on a business number you own. Their personal number is never shown to the customer. There is no app to install.
What can't it do?
No texting, no CRM integrations, no call recording or AI summaries, and you can't bring an existing number across. Numbers are US, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands — there are no German or Czech numbers, and UK, French and Dutch numbers need a registered business plus local proof of address.
What happens when someone leaves the team?
You remove them. The number, the shared contacts and every call they made stay with the company.
