For call centres and BPO teams

Sign the campaign Thursday, be dialling Monday

Stand a floor up on the laptops your agents already have, with numbers live the same day and a per-agent view of what each one cost. Read the limits first — there is no dialler automation and nothing built on top of a recording, so this suits campaigns that don't require them.

Create your accountTalk to a person first

There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep.

Read this before you go further

  • Recording exists, but nothing is built on top of it — no QA scorecards, no transcripts, no dispute-evidence workflow. If your client contract requires scored or transcribed calls, stop here.
  • No predictive, power or progressive dialler, no list upload with pacing, no dispositions. It is a single-line browser dialler.
  • No supervisor tooling — no live monitoring, whisper, barge, wallboards, ACD queues or workforce management.
  • No DNC/TCPA scrubbing, consent capture or calling-hours enforcement. We do not reduce your compliance risk.
  • No SIP trunking or bring-your-own-dialler, no caller-ID reputation management, and no published uptime SLA.

What's actually costing you dials

Contracts, seat counts and provisioning lead times all assume a floor that never changes size. Yours changes with every campaign.

I'm billed for twenty seats and twelve people are dialling

Seat-based contracts bill the peak, not the reality, so attrition and between-campaign lulls are paid for at full price.

There is no per-seat fee today. You pay for minutes talked and numbers held, so a half-empty floor costs half as much to run.

Client signed Thursday, we're on the phones Monday

A new campaign cannot wait two weeks for provisioning, but that is the standard lead time from a traditional provider.

Pick US or Canada numbers and they work the same day, with agents signing in from a browser on the hardware they already have.

It's one big phone bill and a shrug

When the invoice arrives there is no way to attribute cost to a campaign, an agent or a destination, so margin per client is guesswork.

Minutes and spend break down by team member and by destination, and export to a spreadsheet for client billing.

I'm not signing twenty-four months for a ninety-day contract

Campaign work is short and uncertain; multi-year telecom commitments are the opposite shape.

There is no subscription today — you top up a shared balance and spend it. If a campaign ends, the spending stops.

What you get

What changes for a call centres team

Ramp up for the campaign, ramp back down

Add agents for the run and remove them after, with no per-person charge today and no licence to reclaim.

Your floor dials on the laptops they already own

Browser-based, so there is nothing to provision on each machine and no handsets to buy.

Know what each agent and each country cost

Per-member and per-destination minutes and spend, exportable for client billing.

Numbers the day you need them

US, Canada and Puerto Rico numbers activate immediately, so a caller ID can be swapped without a carrier ticket.

Worked case

A call centres team, costed

Our own arithmetic on our own published rates. Not a testimonial, not a case study with a logo on it — a scenario you can check line by line.

What a twelve-seat floor actually pays

Twelve agents sharing four numbers, a moderate month of US and Canada dialling.

4 numbers
$35.96 a month
30,000 minutes to the US and Canada
about $600
Totalabout $635.96 for the month

Heavy domestic dialling is where per-minute pricing stops being the cheap option — check this arithmetic against your own volume. Calls are billed in 60-second increments, rounded up, with a 60-second minimum. Our arithmetic from our own published rates — not a customer result.

What is not on that invoice

  • A licence for every person on the team
  • A monthly platform subscription
  • Handsets, headsets or an on-site PBX
  • A minimum term, and a fee to leave it

How this was calculated

Every figure above is computed from the same published rates the dialer quotes from, in code, at render time. Nobody types a total into this page — so it cannot drift away from what the calls actually cost.

Questions, answered

What does a twelve-seat floor cost?

There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep. You pay for the numbers you keep and the minutes your agents talk, from $0.02 a minute to the US and Canada. Twelve agents cost the same to seat as two.

Do you record calls for QA?

Calls can be recorded — an admin switches it on for the team and both sides are told. What does not exist is the QA layer on top: no scorecards, no transcripts, no dispute-evidence workflow and no training library. For many BPO contracts that alone rules us out, and we'd rather say so on this page.

Is there a predictive or power dialler?

No. Agents dial one call at a time from the browser. If your economics depend on dialler pacing and connect rates, we are not the right tool.

Can I point my own dialler at you over SIP?

No. There is no SIP trunking or bring-your-own-carrier option — calling happens in our browser client.

Can we get local numbers across Europe or LATAM?

Not on demand. Instant numbers are US, Canada and Puerto Rico. The UK, France and the Netherlands need a registered business plus local proof of address and are slow. There are no German or Czech numbers.

Do I have to talk to a salesperson?

No. You create the team yourself and it is active immediately — there is no application, no approval step and no demo to sit through. If you would rather talk to a person first, you can, but nothing is gated behind it.

How you start

Three steps, all of them self-serve

You can be on a call today. Nothing here waits on us.

  1. 1

    Create the account

Email and password, straight into the console. No application, no approval, no demo to sit through.

  2. 2

Name your team and give it a number

The team is active the moment you name it, and a US or Canada number works the same day.

  3. 3

Top up and invite everyone who calls

The first top-up is $50 of calling credit on the team balance. Adding people costs nothing today.

No application, no demo. Create the account, name your team, and start calling.
