For brokerages and agent teams

Know who called that lead, and when

Every call your team makes or takes lands in one shared log — agent, time, length, cost — so "I called them" is something you can look up instead of argue about. Each agent gets a business number they answer from the phone already in their pocket, and when they leave, the number and the call history stay with you.

Create your accountTalk to a person first

There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep. You sign up yourself — there is no sales call.

Where the commission actually leaks

None of this looks like a phone problem on paper. It looks like the expensive lead nobody rang back, the sign call at 7pm that went to the agent down the street, and eleven years of relationships that left in someone's pocket.

I'm paying two hundred a lead and half never get a call back

Portal leads run roughly $139–$300 each in competitive markets, and industry benchmarks put contact odds far higher inside five minutes than at thirty. Then the agent says they called, and you have no way to check.

Every call the team makes or takes lands in one shared log with the agent, the time, the duration and the cost — and per-member figures show who is actually dialling.

My top producer left and took eleven years of relationships with her

The brokerage funds the lead machine and keeps none of the output: the contacts, the numbers and the call history sit on a phone it doesn't own. Rebuilding that pipeline costs another full lead spend.

The numbers, the shared team address book and the full call history belong to the organisation, not the individual — and you can export the whole log to a spreadsheet whenever you want it.

I am not putting my cell on a yard sign again

Agents hand out personal mobiles because that is the only line they have. Then the sign calls, the 11pm calls and the ex-clients follow them home for years.

Each agent answers a business number you own, from the browser on the phone they already carry. Their personal number never appears.

I'm paying for six seats of people who don't work here anymore

Per-seat phone plans punish the exact thing a brokerage does constantly — bringing on part-time agents, seasonal help and assistants, then letting them go.

Adding a teammate costs nothing today, so the line-up can change every month without anyone doing licence arithmetic.

What you get

What changes for a real estate team

Proof of who called, and when

One shared log across the whole team: who dialled, the number, the time, how long it lasted and what it cost. "I called them" becomes checkable.

Answer the sign call from the car

Agents take business calls in the browser on their own phone or laptop. Nothing to install, and their personal number stays private.

The database stays when the agent leaves

Numbers, the shared address book and the full call history sit with the brokerage. Export any of it to a spreadsheet on demand.

Know which sign made the phone ring

Give each portal, sign or campaign its own number and see the calls each one produced, with the cost attached.

Worked case

A real estate team, costed

Our own arithmetic on our own published rates. Not a testimonial, not a case study with a logo on it — a scenario you can check line by line.

What a six-agent brokerage actually pays

Six agents, three numbers — one for the office, two on your busiest listings.

3 numbers
$26.97 a month
4,000 minutes to the US and Canada
about $80
Totalabout $106.97 for the month

Calls are billed in 60-second increments, rounded up, with a 60-second minimum, so short calls round up. Billing is in USD only. Our arithmetic from our own published rates — not a customer result.

What is not on that invoice

  • A licence for every person on the team
  • A monthly platform subscription
  • Handsets, headsets or an on-site PBX
  • A minimum term, and a fee to leave it

How this was calculated

Every figure above is computed from the same published rates the dialer quotes from, in code, at render time. Nobody types a total into this page — so it cannot drift away from what the calls actually cost.

Before you decide

Where we are the wrong choice

If one of these is a dealbreaker, we would rather you found out here than in month two.

What we don't do

  • No texting. Most buyers now prefer to text first, and we have no SMS at all — if texting leads is core to how you work, we are the wrong tool.
  • No CRM sync. Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Lofty, Salesforce — none of them connect. Getting data out means exporting a spreadsheet.
  • No power dialler. It's a single-line browser dialler, so prospecting teams doing hundreds of dials a day should look elsewhere.
  • No transcripts and no AI summaries — a call is kept as audio or not at all.
  • You can't bring your existing number. These are new US and Canada numbers only.

Questions, answered

What does it cost for a team of ten?

The same as for a team of two. There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep. US and Canada calls start at $0.02 a minute, the rate for the destination is on screen before you dial, and each number's monthly price is shown before you take it.

Can agents use their own phones without giving out their number?

Yes. They sign in on their phone's browser and place and answer calls on a business number you own. Their personal number is never shown to the client.

Can I keep our current office number?

No. We issue new numbers in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. A common workaround is to forward your existing line to one of them from your current carrier.

Does it text leads or connect to our CRM?

Neither. There is no SMS and no CRM integration — the way data leaves is a spreadsheet export of your call log and contacts. If texting leads is central to how your team works, we are honestly not the right fit yet.

What happens when an agent leaves?

You remove them from the team. The number, the contacts and every call they made stay with the brokerage.

Do I have to talk to a salesperson?

No. You create the team yourself and it is active immediately — there is no application, no approval step and no demo to sit through. If you would rather talk to a person first, you can, but nothing is gated behind it.

How you start

Three steps, all of them self-serve

You can be on a call today. Nothing here waits on us.

  1. 1

    Create the account

Email and password, straight into the console. No application, no approval, no demo to sit through.

  2. 2

Name your team and give it a number

The team is active the moment you name it, and a US or Canada number works the same day.

  3. 3

Top up and invite everyone who calls

The first top-up is $50 of calling credit on the team balance. Adding people costs nothing today.

No application, no demo. Create the account, name your team, and start calling.
