For forwarders, brokers and dispatch desks

Every load is four phone calls in three countries

Carriers, customs, the warehouse and the customer — all by phone, all across borders. Run them from one shared balance with the rate visible before you dial, and a log that ties every call to the person who made it.

Calls to 145 countries from one balance. There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep.

Where a dispatch desk loses money on the phone

The work is nothing but calls, and the phone is the one cost nobody can break down by customer.

You can't tell which customer the phone cost belongs to

A single invoice covers every call the desk made, so the cost of servicing a difficult account is invisible.

Minutes and cost break down by person and by destination and export to a spreadsheet, so the expensive accounts become visible.

Dispatchers use personal phones out of hours

Evening and weekend coverage happens on private mobiles, so carriers save the dispatcher's number instead of the company's.

Cover happens on a company number from any browser, and the contact history stays with the desk.

New dispatchers wait on a phone line

Hiring for a seasonal peak means provisioning lead times that arrive after the peak has passed.

Add the person and a number the same day. There is no per-person fee today.

International calls get avoided instead of made

When nobody knows what a call to another country costs, the call that would resolve the delay doesn't get made.

The per-minute rate for that destination is on screen before the call connects.

What you get

A desk that can call anywhere it needs to

About 145 countries reachable from one balance, with the price visible in advance.

Cost attributable to a person and a country

Per-member and per-destination figures, exportable for account-level costing.

Cover that doesn't run on private mobiles

Out-of-hours calls happen on the company's number from any browser.

A line the day you hire

US and Canada numbers activate immediately, with no per-person charge today.

What a six-person desk actually pays

Six dispatchers sharing two numbers, ordinary North American volume.

International legs are priced per country and cost more than US and Canada. Calls are billed in 60-second increments, rounded up, with a 60-second minimum.

What we don't do

We would rather you find this out here than after you have paid.

  • No TMS or CRM integration — nothing writes back to your load or shipment records.
  • No SMS, so carrier check-in texts are not possible.
  • No call recording, so this is not a fit where recorded calls are contractually required.
  • No local numbers in most origin or destination countries; no German or Czech numbers at all.
  • Billing is in USD only, and calls are billed in 60-second increments, rounded up, with a 60-second minimum.

Questions, answered

What does a six-person desk cost?

There's no subscription and no per-person fee today — you pay for the minutes you talk and the numbers you keep. Numbers are about $1.60 a month each and US and Canada calls start at $0.02 a minute. The number of dispatchers doesn't change the price today.

Does it log calls against a load in our TMS?

No. There are no integrations. You get a full call log in the console and can export it to a spreadsheet.

Can dispatchers take calls on their phones?

Yes, in the phone's browser, on a company number. Their personal number is not shown to the carrier.

Do you record calls for dispute evidence?

No. Call recording is not available, so if your contracts require recorded calls we are not a fit.

Do I have to talk to a salesperson?

No. You create the team yourself and it is active immediately — there is no application, no approval step and no demo to sit through. If you would rather talk to a person first, you can, but nothing is gated behind it.

How you start

Four steps, all of them self-serve. You can be on a call today.

  1. 1

    Create your business account

Email and password, straight into the console — no application, no demo, no approval to wait for.

  2. 2

    Name your team

It is active the moment you name it: one shared balance, roles, and per-person call history.

  3. 3

    Give the team a number

US, Canada, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands numbers work the same day, from about $1.60 a month. Your team calls from the number it owns.

  4. 4

Top up and invite everyone who calls

The first top-up on the team balance is $25 — credit you spend, not a fee. Adding people costs nothing today.
